To view the spliced sequence for a gene in an Annotations window click the Spliced Seq tab. A screen similar to the following will be displayed.

The spliced sequence retains the "history of splicing": the exon sequences have alternating background color, so that the user could easily see the exon junctions.

The spliced sequence is displayed in FASTA format with the first line consisting of the sequence name followed by the Persephone annotation ID. If you select (check) Show Translation Line the window will be updated with the translation lines as shown below.
