Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) are variations in the DNA sequences of individuals at a single nucleotide position relative to some reference sequence. This can be important for comparing regions of the genome between cohorts in association studies. To search for and analyze SNPs, click the SNPs tab and the SNP browser window will appear.
