Click Tools in the toolbar to display the Tools menu.

The Tools menu on the toolbar contains a number of useful functions for user configurations as well as important data functions in its selections:

• Settings
• Synteny Matrix
• Compact View of Genetic Map
• Generate Fasta File for a List of ANNOT_IDs
• Get Marker Details for a List
• Trait Ontology Browser
• Get Details for the Feature List

Note

The Add-ins option is not currently supported.
